In 2019 RH Contracting undertook the role of Project Manager for the owners Wiltshire International. We oversaw the design development and tender selection for the Builder that would take on this tremendously important project.

Intermain 

Working closely with the Intermain Pty Ltd the project progressed well during 2020, and will be completed in 2021. 

The renovation of this historically significant building includes a new modern ground floor lobby and street awning, new facade and shop fronts, providing a light and bright lobby and retail space. Complete upgrade of the entire building including new services and a full Fire Safety Upgrade. Modification and additional floor space to level 12 including lift extension and modernisation.

The aim of the project is to provide sympathetic whole floor office spaces with clean white finishes, exposed surfaces and accessible amenities to each level.

Residential Renovations

Working closely with the owners and the designer of the latest high-end apartment renovation Roger Hovermann from RH Contracting delivered this stunning transformation from a lovely, but dated, three bedroom penthouse apartment, to a beautiful modern Spanish Mission one bedroom apartment, boasting a library, media room, wine cellar, and an industrial sized kitchen that will be the centre of many family gatherings for years to come.

As the Project Manager/Builder Roger Hovermann and his team oversaw the meticulous work needed to deliver this high-end project. RH Contracting engaged all the trades, produced budgets, communicated with the clients and the designer on a regular basis, and assisted with the problem solving required when taking on complicated renovations of old buildings.

Cafe Construction

Acting as Project Manager, RH Contracting turned a run down lobby in a commercial building into a stylish, functional, and bustling Cafe. This is a second site for the cafe owners who expanded their Substation operation to include this popular venue.

Thanks to a great design by Form Follows Function, and the talents and vision of the owners, Roger Hovermann was able to deliver this modern cafe to the suburb of Rosebery in Sydney.
